Access to Data Bank
ANAHRI is authorized to distribute, at nominal cost, unrestricted survey data files for legitimate academic research, with the condition that we receive an abstract or a detailed description of any project that will be using the data. Therefore, we need to know how the data will be used before authorizing their distribution.
Once received, the datasets must not be passed on to other researchers without the written consent of the Principal Investigator for the project. Copies of all reports and publications based on the requested data must be sent to the Principal Investigator for the project.
Data Bank Categories:
- Data Sets - Data descriptions and access files
- ANAHRI Surveys - Provide large sample data for a wide range of monitoring and impact evaluation indicators in the areas of population, health, and nutrition. Other Quantitative Surveys are available from ANAHRI, including Service Provision Assessments, Biomarker Collection, Educational Data, Geographic Data Collection, and Benchmarking Surveys. Qualitative Studies performed by ANAHRI produce informed answers to questions that lie outside the purview of standard quantitative approaches.
- Questionnaires - English and Arabic questionnaires for all survey years
- Documentation - File organization, ID variables, units of analysis and more.
Data Use Agreement must be submitted and approved by the project director.
